New Oil? A Boon or Curse?

Brazil states that it has found two oil fields that may end Western Hemisphere reliance on Mid East oil.  They expect full production by 2020.  Good points:  we may not have to deal with the Arabs anymore.  Bad point:  we can put off having to find a new way to propel our vehicles.  One idiot [...]
