Apparently, the sheriff’s department in Bonita Beach, Florida has an deputy with an overzealous sense of duty or a weak stomach. The deputy gave a ticket to a man for wearing a Speedo on the beach. The man, who has been going to the beach for years and wearing Speedo’s each time, was perplexed and has decided to sue. The judge threw out the case.

Personally, while I can understand the deputies viewpoint, ticketing was a poor choice. Laughing would have been a better action.
